One Hide Park is an exclusive apartment building, home of the most influential people in the world. In 2010, one of its apartments was sold to Ukrainian billionaire Rinat Akhmetov for $221 million, which made it the most expensive apartment in London, and one of the most expensive homes in the world. Let’s take a look!

Located in Knightsbridge, adjacent to Hyde Park and the Mandarin Oriental hotel, the entire complex was developed through a joint venture between Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jaber Al Thani – The Prime Minister of Qatar and Candy&Candy – High end real estate developers.

In fact, the amazing interior design project has Candy&Candy’s signature in it, featuring the latest trends in interior design and exceptional art.

The apartments vary between one bedroom duplexes and five bedroom apartments. The 5 bedroom apartments are the most expensive, of course. They cover 9.000 square feet, occupy an entire floor and are organized by 2 different wings.

The entire complex has 86 apartments and despite the fact that most of them are sold, few are being occupied by their owners. There are also three retail units – Rolex, McLaren Automotive and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, exclusive brands for an exclusive address.

And the view must be breathtaking because the higher you are the more expensive the apartments get.

Confort is everywhere: There is an entertainment suit, a stainless steel ozone pool, gold simulators and SPAs, and you don’t have to move a finger. The staff at Mandarin Oriental Hotel covers it all.

One Hide Park attracted some of the wealthiest people of the world. Discretion is its most important asset but it is known that in 2014 Kylie Minogue paid $25 million for a three bedroom flat within the complex.
